In connection with the sale of parts for injection units of injection molding machines, we of course provide preventive and control measurements of wear of the screws and barrels of the plasticizing unit of the injection molding machine, including disassembly, cleaning and subsequent assembly.

The output of such measurements is a protocol that contains measured values, an assessment of the condition of individual parts of the plasticizing unit and, if necessary, recommendations for further action (prevention of unplanned downtime during the production process and timely identification, ordering and delivery of a new component).
