Continuous checking of the technical condition of the injection molding machine plays an important role in terms of preventing defects and the lifespan of the machine and its parts.

We offer the following activities to determine the condition of the injection molding machines:

• Measurement of plate parallelism
• Measurement of tie bar tension (tensometry)
• Check the machine leveling
• Hydraulic oil diagnostics
• Calibration of the thermocouple (heating belts of the plasticizing unit). We use a certified and calibrated furnace for measurements. In case of incorrect temperature settings, material degradation may occur and it may lead to the damage of plasticizing unit parts. Incorrectly selected temperatures can cause high scrap rates.
• Preventive inspections (the scope of the inspection will be communicated individually according to the type of machine)
• Identification of critical spare parts based on the above check
